ACT Resources
- ACT official website - they offer a full-length practice test.
- Kaptest - offers half-length tests, pop quiz style prep, and daily ACT prep questions that can be sent directly to the student’s email address.
- McGraw-Hill - has full-length tests as well as prep videos. Provides an explanation for each question and corresponding answer.
- Mometrix - has sample questions and tests divided by subject. Students may want to write down their answers to avoid confusion due to the formatting of this website.
- ACT English test Grammar practice - have multiple short tests that allow students to focus on areas they may struggle with, such as sentence structure. After submitting the practice test, not only will the students receive a score immediately but there are explanations available for every question as to why the right answer is correct.
- Varsity Tutors - tons of free practice tests and diagnostic tests.
- Khan Academy (SAT prep) - also has free specific and focused help for concepts students may struggle with (inside and outside the SAT). There are also quite a few videos to assist students with test-taking strategies, as well as information to prepare them for these types of tests.
